The aim of this renovation project was to transforming an old apartment into an ideal living space for urban dwellers. Preserving the apartment’s heritage, we restored the original wooden flooring, infusing warmth and character into the living spaces. Drawing inspiration from the original style of Athenian appartments, we create a moodboard with materials and elements that respect the past of this property with subtle intergrations of modern elements to meet the contemporary needs

We enhanced natural light flow throughout the interior, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen, was opted with white marble countertops with sleek dark grey finishes, adding a touch of sophistication to the space. The primary bedroom was connected with an ensuite bathroom featuring elegant white and gold accents for a refined look.

The highlight of the renovation is the expansive balcony, serving as an outdoor retreat for gatherings and relaxation. Complete with an exterior living area and a BBQ, this space offers the perfect setting for enjoying the vibrant energy of city living while surrounded by the comforts of home.
