The goal of this renovation was to transform an old apartment into an ideal living space suited to modern needs. Preserving the apartment’s identity, we maintained the original wooden floors and plaster details. All new designs adhered to the aesthetic of Athenian apartments.

Natural light was a key element of the design. The open living and dining area, along with large glass doors, allow light to travel throughout the home. In areas requiring higher durability, white and green marble were used, providing a sense of classic elegance even in the modern additions.

The balcony is a standout feature. It offers a spacious seating area on one side and an open kitchen with a dining area on the other, creating an ideal environment to observe the city and the Attic sky.
