We designed the renovation of a 210 sqm maisonette, organized in two distinct levels. The renovation followed our design -build approach, where concept and execution are inseparable. By treating construction with the same level of strategy as design, we ensured that the project reflects both the vision and the detail needed for everyday living.  The upper floor was planned as the heart of the home, bringing together the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a dedicated music studio. The lower floor was shaped as a private retreat, with a master bedroom, boudoir, small dining area with kitchenette, gym, and walk-in closet.

Vivid living at the top.

The upper level is open, social, and connected. It combines the main living spaces of the house allowing everyday routines and creative expression to coexist. This is where family, friends, and guests gather, in a space designed for interaction and shared experiences. The music studio provides the area needed to regular perform rehearsals and practice to this artistic family.

Calming down below.

The lower level was designed with privacy and comfort in mind. A spacious master bedroom with boudoir, a small dining corner with kitchenette, to host informal moments, adding extra comfort to the every day life. A gym and a walk-in closet create an environment where personal routines and relaxation come naturally. It is a world of its own, shaped for balance and well-being.
